2.1 All offers on the website are non-binding and can be changed at any time by The Collectors Den.
2.2 An agreement is formed once the customer has placed the order and it has been confirmed by The Collectors Den.

3. Prices and Payment
3.1 All listed prices are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Payment must be made through the indicated payment methods (e.g., iDEAL, PayPal).
3.3 The Collectors Den reserves the right to cancel an order in case of non-payment.

4. Delivery and Shipping Costs
4.1 The delivery of products will take place at the address provided by the customer during the order process.
4.2 Delivery terms and shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process.
4.3 The Collectors Den aims to ship orders within 1 to 2 working days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

5. Returns and Cancellations
5.1 The customer has the right to return the order within 30 days of receiving the products without giving a reason.
5.2 The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
5.3 Products must be returned in their original, unopened condition.
5.4 Items that are damaged or used may not be eligible for return or refund.
